What is so special about SWOPS®?
SWOPS® is a must for any wardrobe due to its versatile nature. It can accommodate any type of bead from major manufactures, and changing the beads takes seconds. Simply thread from the top hook and drop it down the stem into place, you can change the bead to suit your style, mood and outfit.
What options do I have with my SWOPS® jewellery?
We offer SWOPS® as both earrings and pendants, with both styles accepting all beads and charms from all major manufactures. The entire SWOPS® range is available in Sterling silver, 9 carat gold and by request 14 carat gold. We use purest alloy with a rating of 925 for our silver range, and the yellowest 375 for our gold range. Both the SWOPS® earrings and pendants are available in either long or short stems to suit your preference.
What is unique about SWOPS®?
Our product is 100% Australian made and owned. We are proud to be a family business focussed on SWOPS®. You can use any type of bead or charm designed for bracelets from major manufactures on your SWOPS® and they are easily and quickly changed to suit you.
How should I clean my SWOPS® earrings?
You can clean your SWOPS® using the same method as you would use to care for your existing beads, charms and bracelets. Using warm soapy water, gently brush your SWOPS® to remove any dirt and build up. A soft bristled toothbrush will be a useful tool in your jewellery care kit. If there is much build up, simply leave your jewellery in warm water to soak for about 10 minutes, then repeat the above action. Make sure your SWOPS® are rinsed well with clean water.
Do I have a warranty on my SWOPS® product?
Yes. We believe in our product and will offer a 1 year warranty. We are happy to repair or exchange any items that are deemed faulty in this 1 year period. Proof of purchase is required upon the return of any items. General wear and tear and improper cleaning are not covered by this warranty.
What should I be careful of with my SWOPS®?
Your SWOPS® will give you many years of pleasure when you look after them well. We recommend that you remove them before you go to sleep.
We strongly recommend you remove your SWOPS® prior to swimming as contact with salt or chlorinated water will cause the polished surface of your SWOPS® to become dull and uninteresting.
